Hi! My name is Suava and I am passionate about teaching. I believe that everyone can become successful with a little determination and help. I hope to inspire people and equip them with the skills they need in order to realize their dreams. Back in 2000, my teaching journey began at university when I delved into teaching English as a foreign language. Since then, I've had the pleasure of working as an educator in various countries, with students spanning different ages, levels, and skillsets. This diverse experience has taught me the crucial significance of catering to each student's unique learning requirements.

 

Recently, I found myself pondering the limitations of traditional education systems. It struck me how prevalent underqualified educators are, and the frustrating emphasis placed on bureaucratic red tape just to secure the government funding. This realization fueled my drive to conceive a personalized learning platform, where students can thrive beyond the constraints of conventional teaching methods. I firmly believe that teaching transcends the 'ticking boxes' approach. I am embarking on this journey with the conviction that both students and teachers deserve a more meaningful and purposeful educational experience.

Teaching Philosophy:

I believe in motivating students by facilitating rather than dictating. The key is involving students in their education, from devising success criteria to evaluating their work. I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions and realize their full potential. I firmly believe in individualised approach to teaching at every stage and at all times.

Master of Arts (MA) in English Language, Literature and Education
